Where another form of 'Patachitra' struggling to survive, but in a rural village of Bengal 'Patachitra' is not only surviving the are also recognized in world stage by UNESCO. The secret of this success is the experience and knowledge pass by the senior to youth in this village named Pingla. Youth from their learning age start to spent time with the senior member of their family to learn this art for their future earnings, as the result the art has reached in a new level with the experience of seniors and the modern thoughts of youth. Also the senior citizens of this village are valuable assets for their future generation.
