Biografía

My name is F. Dilek Uyar. I'm a lawyer. I've been taking pictures for 10 years. For 3,5 years, I have been working on a project that will raise awareness in the community about cancer patients despite all my economic and psychological difficulties. Being woman is hard in Turkey, being a woman photographer is harder than being woman.. Despite all the obstacles, I take photographs in my country and try to show that if a woman wants, she can do whatever she wants without sacrificing her principles and bending her head to anyone despite everything and everyone.
