family's pride

The senior-most members of the family is at the immersion-ghat on the bank of the river the Ganges for bidding final-adieu to their family goddess Devi Durga on the end day of the festival which is the prevalent culture. Durga puja festival has already been accredited as a heritage one by UNESCO and in this 5 day-long festival, people across any ages whether known or unknown gather, mix-up & greet one another with the utmost vivacity of life.
