Nadine Correia Santos is a post-doctoral researcher at the
Clinical Academic Center-Braga (2CA-B), Braga, Portugal, and
an Invited Assistant Professor at the School of Medicine,
University of Minho, Braga, Portugal. Her background is in
molecular biosciences, and her research goal has been

assessed by cognitive performance (potential, preservation
and limits) and mood state. Ultimately, the aim is to translate
the knowledge into effective, practical and sustainable
solutions to promote cognitive health span. Multidisciplinary
